                                    Kairos is a member of                                     the Evangelical  Council for Financial 
Acountability (ECFA).  

The ECFA is an accreditation agency dedicated to helping Christian ministries earn the public trust through adherence to Seven Standards of Responsible Stewardship, which focus on board governance, financial transparency, integrity in fundraising, and proper use of charity resources.

​The VADOC has approved our use of email to communicate with Inmates. It is handled by the same on-line system that is used for outside friends and relatives to put money on their books - J -Pay. You have to go into J - Pay and set-up an account with a credit card to pay for your email messages
